style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>Either a Weekly Half-Basket or a Bi-Weekly Full Basket would work well for a family of two.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>A family of four typically orders a Weekly Full Basket.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>A single person may prefer a Weekly Half Basket or a Bi-weekly Half basket.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>If you find the amount you are receiving each week is either too much or too little, you can customize your baskets to increase or decrease the amounts.\u00a0 Either way you are only charged for the items you receive.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>Is Customizing the same as Ordering?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>Yes.\u00a0 We use the terms interchangeably as you will be placing an order on our website when you customize.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>What if I customize my baskets, order a lot, and use up all of my Account Funds?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>If you decide to customize your orders and end up ordering more than you expected to during the Season, you can \"top up\" your Account funds at any time.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>What if I don't order very much, and have Account Funds left over at the end of the season?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>If you have Account Funds left over at the end of the season, the remaining Funds will be reimbursed to you, less a $10 administration fee.<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>New this year:\u00a0 we will be implementing a $10 administration fee for refund of any unused Account Funds.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>No refunds will be issued for Account Funds less than $10.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong>How can I find out how much money is left in my Account Funds?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>There are two options:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>After you Login, choose My Account from the Menu items at the top of your Screen.\u00a0 You will see your Account Funds Balance in the top right-hand corner of the page.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>After you Login, choose Shop.\u00a0 You will see your Account Funds Balance in the top right-hand corner of the Shop Page.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>** Note:\u00a0 Mobile Phones may show your Balance near the bottom of the page.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>If I wish to place an order, when do I have to have it submitted by?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>The deadline for placing an on-line order is 48 hours before you receive delivery.\u00a0 For example, if you receive your veggies on Tuesday, the order must be received by Sunday afternoon.\u00a0 \u00a0This tells us what we need to harvest and allows us enough time to harvest, clean and deliver to all customers.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>Why must I place an order two days ahead?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>We like to make sure our vegetables are as fresh as possible when we deliver them.\u00a0 \u00a0In order to do that we harvest them the day before you receive them.\u00a0 It\u2019s an involved, all-day process:\u00a0 harvest, clean, package and place in the cooler, and we need the whole day to get it all done!<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>What happens if you are out of an item I have ordered?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>We will either substitute a very close item (ie. a large romaine instead of a medium romaine) or skip the item and refund the cost back to your Account Funds.\u00a0 If the item we substitute is of lesser value than the item you ordered, we will refund the difference.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>Do I need to place an order each week?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>No, you don't need to place an order each week.\u00a0 The regular procedure is that we provide you with the standard Basket you selected at the beginning of the season.\u00a0 We offer the option to order so that you can customize the basket if you would like to, but ordering is not necessary.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>I meant to place an order but forgot. What happens if I forget to order?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>If you forget to order, don\u2019t worry.\u00a0 You will still receive the standard basket that you signed up for.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>What happens when I select \u201cFull Basket\u201d or \"Half Basket\" and add it to my Cart?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>When you are placing an order and add \u2018CSA Basket\u2019 to your cart, all the items in that week\u2019s basket get added to your cart.\u00a0 You can then eliminate the items you do not wish to receive, and of course add others.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>What happens if I\u2019m not home at delivery time?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>We require that someone be home to accept delivery as we are not able to leave vegetables unattended on a doorstep.\u00a0 \u00a0If you are not able to be home to receive Delivery, we ask that you make alternative arrangements for us (i.e. deliver to a friend, neighbour or family member), or simply put out a cooler for us to place the veggies into.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>I\u2019m going on vacation \u2013 can I skip a delivery?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>Yes.\u00a0 Please let us know one week in advance if you are going to be away, and we can skip a delivery no problem.\u00a0 You are allowed to skip 2 baskets over the course of the season.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>Should I wait for the Newsletter to come out before I place my order?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>Yes!\u00a0 The Newsletter informs you of what is available this week.\u00a0 New vegetables become available as the season progresses and that means the vegetables change from week to week.\u00a0 We update the available items just prior to sending out the Newsletter, so if you order before the Newsletter comes out you are ordering from the previous week\u2019s menu, and the selections may not be up to date.<\/h5>\n<h1><strong>Where can I find my past orders?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>Previous orders are available on the \u2018My Account\u2019 page in two\u00a0 places:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>You can view both Orders and Deposits in Recent History in the middle of the page.\u00a0 The default shows the last six entries, or you can select \u2018Show All\u2019 to see more.\u00a0 You can also filter the results in various ways.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>You can also click Orders on the left side of the screen to view your order history.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong>Is it better to customize, or receive the standard basket?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h5>This is definitely a personal choice and there are many things to consider.\u00a0 Here are a couple of things we see from our end:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>The advantage to getting the standard basket is that occasionally you will get a surprise \u2013 a vegetable you aren\u2019t familiar with.\u00a0 This gives you the opportunity to try something new, or try out a new recipe, and this can be a fun and rewarding experience!<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>On occasion, new veggies become ripe at the last minute or are just starting to get ripe.\u00a0 Although these are not yet listed on the website, they will be available to the standard basket and we will include them when we can. We do our best to provide you with a suitable variety and you will always get the latest in-season veggies in your standard basket.<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>Also, it sometimes happens that we have a vegetable ready but not in large enough quantities to list in the Newsletter or put on the website.\u00a0 These are also available to the standard basket.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Placing a customized order gives you the opportunity to get more of the vegetables your family loves, and leave out some they might not like as much.\u00a0 Or you may be expecting company and need more of some items.\u00a0 Placing an order is a way to make sure you get the items you really want.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong>I don\u2019t live in one of the Towns mentioned.
