Once you have paid your basket deposit, you can expect to receive your regular CSA basket. Our season runs from the beginning of June until the first week of October, depending on weather.
Customer Account Funds
Your Basket Payment will be deposited directly into your Fast Family Farms Account Funds.
You will receive a Login ID and password for the Fast Family Farms website after your payment is received. You can then Login to "Shop" and view your Account Funds Balance.
Note that you do not have to "Shop"; if you are OK with the Standard Basket you can simply do nothing and your basket will be delivered as is.

Each week, the cost of your basket will be debited from your Account Funds. An itemized packing slip will be included with each customized order.
You can view your Account Funds on your Account Page, and also on your "Shop" page.
Weekly Newsletter
Two or three days prior to delivery, Fast Family Farms will e-mail a Newsletter, letting you know what produce is available for your upcoming basket. If you are happy with the basket produce you don't have to do anything. A Standard Basket will be delivered and the cost for the basket items will be automatically debited from your account.
Customize Your Order
If you want to add to your basket, or substitute items, you definitely can!
Login to your Account and navigate to our Shop page.
Feel free to create your own order by selecting from the available items on the Shop page. If you do customize, make sure to compete the checkout process! The basket costs will be debited from your Account Funds.
Fast Family Farms wants to make sure your produce is as fresh as possible! Since we harvest specifically for each basket, we will need your customization completedby 8 am the day before delivery, so we know what to harvest! Otherwise we will send you the regular CSA basket.
